About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Market Presence Specialist to augment our presence on leading e-commerce platforms across India and globally. This role requires someone with expertise in fashion e-commerce, from platform setup to scaling operations, process optimization, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Onboarding & Management: Manage end-to-end onboarding and setup of Pinklay across relevant Indian and international fashion marketplaces.
  • Revenue Growth Strategies: Own revenue targets for marketplace channels, identify opportunities for expansion, and build plans to scale sales.
  • Catalog Optimization: Ensure accurate, compelling, and optimized product listings across platforms for enhanced visibility and conversions.
  • Promotions & Campaigns: Strategize, execute, and monitor marketplace promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (traffic, conversion, returns, profitability), generate actionable insights, and build data-driven strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand, design, operations, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless platform execution.
  • Compliance & Relationships: Ensure compliance with platform requirements and foster strong relationships with marketplace account managers to stay ahead of industry trends and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing fashion businesses on e-commerce platforms (Indian & global).
  • Skillset: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and comfort with e-commerce dashboards.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, listing standards, returns management, and pricing strategies.
  • Mindset: Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities effectively.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in fashion, e-commerce, and digital commerce.
