Senior Performance Marketing Specialist - E-commerce

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency managing high-impact campaigns across leading e-commerce platforms in Europe, the UK, and the USA.

Job Overview:

  • Create and execute performance marketing strategies to drive D2C growth across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other paid media channels.
  • Develop end-to-end campaign cycles: audience research, creative briefing, ad setup, A/B testing, and performance tracking to meet revenue and ROI targets.
  • Monitor and optimize ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates to achieve monthly goals.
  • Lead customer acquisition, retention, and re-targeting initiatives for D2C e-commerce.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad copies, creatives, and landing pages are conversion-optimized.
  • Conduct demand and supply sales forecasting to plan marketing budgets and promotional strategies effectively.
  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and marketing automation tools for reporting and insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce marketing trends, platform updates, and competitive strategies.
  • Support social media growth initiatives — organic and paid — to enhance brand visibility.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record in scaling D2C e-commerce brands.
  • Hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, perform sales forecasting, and derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Shopify (or similar platforms) and e-commerce funnels.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools.
