We are currently seeking a highly skilled Concurrent Auditor to join our organization. As a key member of our team, the primary focus will be on monitoring financial transactions, identifying potential risks, and recommending appropriate control measures.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and auditing standards. They will also be familiar with regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements applicable to housing finance companies in India.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting concurrent audits to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Identifying and reporting deviations, irregularities, or non-compliance with established procedures or regulatory requirements.
  • Assessing the effectiveness of internal controls and making recommendations for improvements to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Reviewing loan portfolios, including loan applications, loan agreements, collateral valuation, and documentation to ensure compliance with legal policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Preparing comprehensive audit reports, including findings, observations, and recommendations, and presenting them to management and relevant stakeholders.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in law, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, as well as proven experience as an Auditor, preferably in the Housing Finance Company, with a focus on concurrent auditing.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in using audit software, data analysis tools, and MS Office applications.
