Senior IT Governance Expert – Banking and Finance

This is a challenging role for an accomplished Senior IT Governance expert. The position involves leading large-scale IT initiatives in the banking and finance sector.

  • Data Center Setup and Management: We seek an expert with extensive knowledge of setting up and managing data centers, ensuring scalability, compliance, security, and disaster recovery measures are in place.
  • Testing COE (Center of Excellence): A highly experienced professional who can establish and govern Testing COE frameworks, methodologies, and automation strategies is required.
  • Resiliency & Operations Center (ROC): We need someone to build and manage an advanced ROC for proactive monitoring and incident management, using tools such as Zoho ManageEngine, Site24x7, New Relic, or Dynatrace.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or equivalent governance frameworks are preferred.
  • Strong expertise in Data Center design & operations, Testing COE setup and execution, and Resiliency frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

About the Role:

We are seeking a senior IT governance expert to lead and drive large-scale IT initiatives in the banking and finance sector. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in setting up data centers from scratch, establishing robust Testing COE, and developing enterprise-grade Resiliency & Operations Centers.
