**Affordable Housing Expertise**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Affordable Housing Analyst.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in structuring affordable housing deals and securing funding from various government sources.

This position requires a high level of initiative, responsibility, diligence, and professionalism, with excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

  • Funding Application Specialist:
  • Preparation of MS Excel based funding applications for Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Tax-Exempt Bonds, State, County, and City funding sources.
  • Development of support documentation for the funding applications, including financial modeling and analysis.
  • Monitoring and tracking documents and checklists to ensure timely completion and submission of applications.

Requirements:**

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate, Underwriting, Financial Modeling, or Financial Research.
  • Background in Financial Analysis, Project/Infrastructure finance, Credit Analysis, Valuation, and Balance Sheet Analysis is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF.
