Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager
About the Role:This is a key position within our organization, responsible for maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure to support business growth and productivity.
Responsibilities:- Maintain and optimize system performance, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime.
- Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, with expertise in operating systems, networking, and security.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- ITIL Foundation certification or similar.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Python.
- Fluency in multiple programming languages, including Java, C++, or C#.
