Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

The role of IT Infrastructure Manager is a critical position that oversees the smooth operation and maintenance of an organization's IT systems.

This includes managing hardware, software, networks, printers, and systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

They will also implement and monitor IT security measures to safeguard against cyber threats and maintain compliance with IT policies and data protection guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments, hands-on experience with networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches), and familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Workspace, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for success in this role, as the IT Infrastructure Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to resolve issues and implement new technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

  • Hands-on experience with networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches).
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
