Our Cybersecurity Mandate

As we navigate the complexities of a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape, securing our organization's multi-specialty care endeavors is paramount. We need exceptional talent to help us achieve our vision.

Our cybersecurity team plays a vital role in safeguarding our organization from emerging threats and vulnerabilities. We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Lead who can develop and implement an effective security incident response process, oversee the creation of incident response plans, and generate detailed reports.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of intricate network and endpoint security principles and concepts, as well as practical knowledge of operating systems (such as Windows, Linux, Hypervisors). They should also be familiar with information security industry standards and regulations, including SSAE16, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GLBA, FISMA, NIST, ISO27000, CobiT, ISF, OWASP, SANS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a security incident response process
  • Oversee the development of incident response plans and generate detailed reports
  • Identify potential threats and mitigation strategies to enable proactive defense mechanisms
  • Support on approved information security projects, internal/external security audits, internal audits, application security assessment, and reviews
  • Conduct GRC assessments on IT infrastructure and applications and prepare plans to mitigate risks
