Job Description

Job Title: Strategic Talent Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and recruiting high-quality candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Recruiting: Identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions through job portals, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, assess qualifications, and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Work with department heads to understand hiring needs, job descriptions, and required qualifications.
  • Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process of new hires, including preparing documentation and ensuring smooth integration into the company.
  • Job Postings: Write compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and platforms to attract the right candidates.
  • Data Management: Maintain an organized database of candidates, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports on hiring progress.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company's brand on various platforms to enhance its image and attract top talent.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: MBA in Human Resources or related fields (Fresher or with internship experience).
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage and track candidate data accurately.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
