Talent Sourcing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable, cost-effective channel strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Promote exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance operational efficiency and process excellence.
  • Develop and execute high-impact programs to engage and attract external emerging talent.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on high-volume, early-in-career, and tech hiring.
Skillset: Strong background in both in-house and agency recruitment models, market mapping, proactive pipeline development for niche tech roles, data-driven recruitment operations, reporting, and analytics.
Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant or allied specialization.
