Job Title: Visual Designer

We are seeking a creative and skilled marketing professional to join our team. This role is ideal for an innovative designer who can craft compelling visual stories across digital, print, and event touchpoints.

  • Design engaging website content, including landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives, that capture users' attention and drive business results.
  • Develop high-impact social media posts, stories, and ad creatives that resonate with our target audience and amplify our brand identity.
  • Create visually stunning infographics, headers, and supporting visuals for articles that enhance the user experience and facilitate information sharing.
  • Design modern and effective email templates that drive conversions and foster meaningful relationships with our customers.
  • Develop print and event collateral, including banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise, that showcase our brand's personality and values.
  • Build professional presentations for business pitches that convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Edit videos for campaigns and create basic animations to elevate digital content and engage our audience.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels by maintaining a strong visual identity and design language.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, creative agencies, or startups, with a proven track record of delivering successful design projects.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing a range of digital, print, and motion design work that demonstrates creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work, with experience using other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, or equivalent software.
  • Experience with video editing and animation tools, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, or equivalents, to create engaging visual content.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices to stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs, working efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, and project managers.

Nice to Have:

  • Webflow development skills to build and manage landing pages, enhancing our online presence and improving user experience.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and improve campaign performance.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX and web design principles to inform design decisions and ensure a cohesive user experience.
  • Understanding of SEO and content-driven design strategies to optimize our online content and improve search engine rankings.
