Senior Business Process Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Process Manager to join our organization.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of aligning HR practices with business objectives, as well as proficiency in leveraging HR data for decision-making and tracking key performance metrics.

- Manage employee concerns effectively while ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
- Drive business initiatives through effective leadership and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role requiring exceptional ownership and accountability.
- Performance Management: Experience in driving and managing performance cycles effectively.
- HR Analytics and Reporting: Proficiency in reporting and dashboard using Excel.
- Employee Engagement: Strong track record of designing and implementing engagement strategies.
- Reward and Recognition: Experience in planning and executing employee reward programs.
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM specializing in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- High proficiency level in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides and alike.
