Senior Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage time sheets and vendor invoices, ensuring timely payment and reconciliation.
  • Prepare bank files for processing vendor payments and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Coordinate US payroll processing and account for transactions in financial systems.
  • Assist with expense management, including provision for expenses, debit/credit notes, and purchase order creation.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in business or finance and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Required skills include excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as basic knowledge of commercial and financial processes.
