Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor the Inside Sales Team to achieve targets, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Sales Strategy:
  • Develop effective sales plans, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities, coordinating with marketing for better results.
  • Client Relations:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by addressing queries and concerns promptly.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Track team performance using sales metrics, suggest improvements, and present regular reports to management.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:
  • Work with marketing, customer support, and senior management to align sales efforts with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 4–6 years of experience in inside sales management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
