Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Team Leader- Commercial at Yhataw in Gurugram, which is an on-site position. The Team Leader- Commercial will be responsible for overseeing commercial projects, managing a team, and ensuring successful project delivery. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, budget management, team collaboration, and client relationship management.

Requirements

  • Generate leads and build a portfolio of clients seeking commercial real estate solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for clients.
  • Facilitate property viewings and negotiate terms of sale.
  • Prepare and present detailed property reports and sales proposals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
  • Assist clients through the entire transaction process from initial contact to closing.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the commercial sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals
