We are seeking an experienced Investment Underwriter to join our team in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. As an Investment Underwriter, you will be responsible for evaluating investment opportunities and underwriting deals to ensure their feasibility and potential for growth.

  • Underwrite and locate investment opportunities using market comparables to determine accurate rent, value, and initial bid price for a single-family asset;">
  • Underwrite each piece of property build including rent, capex, HOA, property taxes and as-repaired values with high accuracy;">
  • Centrally participate in the acquisition of single-family homes by tracking the assets through various phases of the deal lifecycle;">
  • Understand market nuances and apply them in underwriting;">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree required; specialty focus in Real Estate or Finance a plus;">
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in underwriting, brokerage, or other real estate related disciplines;">
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel;">
  • Top-ranked performer with a track record of success (academic, professional);">
  • Strong verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with internal and external professionals;">
  • Candidate should be extremely detail-oriented and organized with a proven ability to work well in a high-intensity environment to complete tasks quickly and effectively;">
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while delivering a high-quality product under tight time constraints;">
