Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead revenue growth for our premium real estate projects. The ideal candidate will combine sales leadership, strategic planning, and channel partner activation with exceptional client relationship management skills. This role requires hands-on market engagement, the ability to drive high-value closures, and a proven track record of meeting aggressive sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Design and implement target-driven sales strategies for assigned real estate projects.

Channel Partner Activation & Lead Management

- Build and manage strong channel partner networks to generate qualified leads and increase site visits.
- Track and optimize lead flow, conversions, and follow-ups using CRM systems.

Client Engagement & Closures

- Conduct site visits, deliver impactful presentations, and negotiate to close deals.
- Maintain long-term client and developer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Market Analysis & Reporting

- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the real estate market.
- Generate regular sales performance reports and present them to senior management.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.
- Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and adherence to company processes.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Proven track record in real estate sales (residential, commercial, or plotted developments).
- Strong negotiation, closing, and client relationship management abilities.
- Experience in channel partner activation and sales team leadership.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and data-driven sales reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in high-pressure environments.
