Key Roles and Responsibilities">
  • Develop and implement investment strategies in collaboration with market players to optimize returns.

  • Establish regular communication channels with business owners, including local and central finance managers, IT, legal, operations, facilities, and engineering functional representatives.
  • Manage landlord relations, negotiate contracts, and oversee contractor activities, addressing any issues that arise beyond routine tasks.
  • Optimize alteration management and minimize fix costs (all building-related expenses).

  • Proven experience in real estate development, investment, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive results-oriented solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of land acquisition, contract management, and construction industry practices.
