Job Summary:
">We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Transaction Manager to lead high-value transactions in the luxury real estate market.

- Financial Oversight: Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure financial transactions are processed smoothly.">
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns throughout the closing process.">
- Document Management: Maintain organized and secure files of all transaction documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility as needed.">
- Problem Solving: Identify potential issues that may arise during the closing process and proactively work to resolve them promptly.">
- Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and cooperation throughout the transaction.">
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of all closing documents to verify accuracy and completeness before finalizing transactions.">
- Post-Closing Activities: Coordinate post-closing tasks such as document recordings, disbursements, and client follow-ups to ensure a smooth transition and client satisfaction.">
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to closing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and client experience.">
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or real estate; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.">
- 2-3 years of experience in high-value sales or luxury real estate, with proven closing success.">
- Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.">
- Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales analytics tools.">
- Client-centric mindset, strategic thinker, proactive problem-solver.">
