Key Responsibilities:

  • Legal Compliance: Ensure all legal documents and contracts are accurate, complete, and in compliance with local regulations.">
  • Financial Oversight: Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure financial transactions are processed smoothly.">
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns throughout the closing process.">
  • Document Management: Maintain organized and secure files of all transaction documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility as needed.">
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential issues that may arise during the closing process and proactively work to resolve them promptly.">
  • Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and cooperation throughout the transaction.">

Requirements:
