Overview

As a seasoned professional in financial close and consolidation, you will lead the implementation of Oracle FCCS.

Your expertise will guide our team in project design, solution validation, and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of financial consolidation processes.

Additional responsibilities include creating project documents, conducting business requirement gathering sessions, and leading user training and testing.

Candidates with experience in HFM and FCCS integration, as well as proficiency in EPM/Hyperion and other systems, are highly desirable.

A CA or MBA Finance qualification is required, along with exceptional presentation and verbal communication skills.

The successful candidate will also possess advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.

We seek a confident and assertive individual who can travel to GCC countries when needed and has prior onsite experience in the region.

Knowledge of Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Profitability and Cost Management, Account Reconciliation, and Tax Reporting is an added advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle financial close and consolidation cloud service (FCCS)
  • 8+ successful end-to-end implementations in FCCS
  • Excellent functional knowledge on Financial Consolidation and Close Process
  • Lead the overall project, solution design & design validation and guide the project team
  • Lead business requirement gathering sessions, Solution Demonstration, User Training and Testing
  • Create project documents like BRD, SDD, Test Scripts and Manuals
  • Strong in technical capabilities of FCCS
  • Strong understanding of the integration capability of HFM and FCCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management
  • CA or MBA Finance by qualification
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and great presentation skills i.e. ability to articulate the business and technologies in a concise, crisp manner to internal/external stakeholders
  • Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.
  • Confident and assertive
  • Open for long/short term travel based on the project need to GCC Countries
  • Prior onsite projects experience in GCC region would be added advantage
  • Knowledge on Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost management, Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation, Hyperion/EPM Tax Reporting would be added advantage
