Accounting Manager

About Skan HR is a leading Defence & Aerospace Search Firm. We invite applications from qualified candidates for a position in our New Delhi office.

This role will be responsible for Accounting, Financial Consolidation and reporting. This position will report directly to the Finance Controller.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards (Standalone and Consolidated IFRS).
  • Consolidate data as per timelines given by headquarters.
  • Reconcile related party balances and eliminate consolidation process errors.
  • Ensure timely completion of quarterly and annual statutory audit activities.
  • Analyze all financial metrics for planning purposes.
  • Apply new accounting pronouncements across the company.
  • Provide effective analysis of monthly P&L, B/S, Cash flow to Finance Controller and CFO.
  • Implement digital financial MIS solutions and drive process improvements within a corporate finance environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a CA degree.
  • Have minimum 6-8 years PQE in a MNC Group or similar experience with one of the top-rated audit firms.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills are required.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting is essential.
  • Experience with GAAP and IFRS standards is necessary.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in digital financial MIS solutions is beneficial.
  • Able to drive process improvements.
