Job Title

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Balance Sheet team in Finance & Accounts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Preparation and Finalization of Financial Statements: You will oversee the preparation and finalization of financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Regulatory Reporting: You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate regulatory reporting, including submissions to various regulatory bodies.
    • MIS and Management Reporting: You will develop and maintain management information systems (MIS) to provide insights into our business performance, enabling informed decision-making.
    • Internal Audit and Compliance: You will work closely with internal auditors to ensure smooth completion of statutory and regulatory audits, addressing any audit observations and implementing corrective measures as needed.

You will be responsible for supervising and mentoring team members to ensure high standards of performance and accuracy in financial reporting. Your expertise will also be leveraged to collaborate with treasury, risk, and operations teams to gather data and insights required for accurate financial reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of IGAAP
    • Proficiency in financial reporting tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle)
    • Advanced MS Excel
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills

A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial reporting is required.
