Job Title: Executive – Finance Lead

The role requires financial reporting expertise preferably in the same/ similar industry with 1-2 years of experience.

  • Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of consolidated/standalone books of accounts & financial reports.
  • Ensure review and timely issuance of Consolidated and Standalone Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity and Notes to accounts as per Indian accounting standards.
  • Compliance of SEBI LODR guidelines.
  • Data for RPT compliance.
  • Ensuring accounting for critical aspects ESOP, Business combinations, Trade deposits, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review and approve the Related Party Transactions Schedule/reconciliation at period-end to ensure accurate consolidation of financials.
  2. Review the consolidated reports and reason analysis for the key variances before any further circulation.
  3. Assist internal and external auditors with smooth query resolution for issues related to consolidation by giving complete, timely and accurate responses to information requests.
  4. Provide recommendations to improve current Consolidation process by reducing overall Turn-Around-Time (TAT) of the process to improve reporting speed and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • SAP S4 HANA – ERP system knowledge.
  • Sound understanding of various Financial Accounting Standards (local and global) and Accounting Principles.
  • Expert in tools and systems for Financial Consolidation.
