Job Description

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our operations.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills, strong leadership and organizational abilities, excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills. They must also be able to analyze existing operations and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field;
  • Minimum 8 years of total experience and at least 3 years in a similar role (team lead);
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills; strong leadership and organizational abilities;
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience in tech stacks: Back End – FastAPI, MongoDB, Python, PGSQL; Front End – React Js; DevOps– CI/CD, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Linux servers, Azure, Redis;
  • Writing optimized codes and ensuring team adherence to best practices;
  • Supervising DevOps, servers, and AI development-related work, maintaining synergy across teams;
  • Determining requirements and developing work schedules for the team;
  • Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals;
  • Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure timely delivery;
  • Identifying risks and forming contingency plans;
  • Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments;
  • Utilizing version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track changes to the codebase;
  • Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required;
  • Motivating the team and creating a space for open communication;
  • Monitoring front-end performance and implementing optimizations for fast loading times and a smooth user experience;
  • Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes;
  • Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to stakeholders.
