Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of digital product management experience.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.

**Ideal Candidate:**

The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship development skills and be able to work successfully within a matrix environment. They will also have experience leading major online customer programs and significant platform/product redesign definitions and launches.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent.
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to support the development and execution of digital strategy within a business line or functional area.
