In this leadership role, you will oversee the development and execution of a digital strategy within a business line or functional area.
- Manage and develop a team of digital professionals to support the delivery of complex projects and initiatives.
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area.
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise.
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
- Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others.
- Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact.
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise.
- Serve as an expert advisor to leadership.
- Engage stakeholders and internal partners associated with the business.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for programs and initiatives with impact across the business line.
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding prioritization, content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management to meet business objectives.
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures.
- 10+ years of digital product management experience.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
**Ideal Candidate:**
The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship development skills and be able to work successfully within a matrix environment. They will also have experience leading major online customer programs and significant platform/product redesign definitions and launches.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent.
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources to support the development and execution of digital strategy within a business line or functional area.
