Digital Product Management Leader

In this position, you will spearhead the development and execution of a digital strategy within a business line or functional area. As a seasoned professional, you will oversee a team of digital specialists, guiding their work and ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

  • You will serve as an advisor to senior leadership, collaborating with them to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment.
  • As a strategic leader, you will lead the resolution of complex challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise.
  • You will drive solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, and inductive thinking.
  • You will coordinate complex activities and provide guidance to others.
  • You will offer expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs, and initiatives with substantial impact.
  • You will strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise.
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders and internal partners associated with the business.
  • You will identify opportunities for programs and initiatives with impact across the business line.
  • You will make decisions and resolve issues related to prioritization, content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research, or product management to meet business objectives.
  • You will interpret and develop policies and procedures.
  • You will collaborate with multiple level managers and interact directly with external customers.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of digital product management experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • A BS/BA degree or higher; MBA preferred but not required
  • Proven success in end-to-end product or channel management experience, from discovery through execution
  • Ability to translate business needs into complex analysis, designs, and recommendations
  • Experience leading major online customer programs and significant platform/product redesign definitions and launches
  • Strong relationship development skills
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
