Business Development Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders
- Understand client needs and business requirements to effectively align our services with their goals
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets
- Stay updated with industry trends and competition to identify potential market opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to initiate and implement marketing strategies
- Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to improve service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client information in the CRM system
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, with 4 to 6 years of experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of market analysis and business development strategies
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
