• The Role:
• This position involves acting as a consultant to understand client business processes and requirements, and as an implementer to deliver agreed-upon functionality.
• The candidate will coordinate between teams of technical resources and business stakeholders, ensuring a thorough understanding of the technologies, systems, and processes used in achieving project objectives.
• Responsibilities will include preparing UAT documents and running UAT with clients, assisting the QA team with test plans, and performing process mapping and process improvement.
• The successful candidate will ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
• Gathering and documenting client business processes and requirements is also an essential part of this role.
• The candidate will write and/or review project business requirements, process and data flows, and other related documentation.
• Maintaining business cases, change requests, test plans, and issue/action tracking while making recommendations for improvement is also required.
• Performing application gap analysis and documenting changes is another key responsibility of this position.
• The candidate will track and resolve bug/defect reports, manage client-specific application configuration and change request management, and provide recommendations and implement changes to improve and support business activities.
• Interacting with various client groups to provide analytical support and assisting teams with the planning and design of business processes and systems is also expected.
• The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep knowledge of company business procedures and objectives and exhibit superior collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Organizing and performing client training sessions (formal and informal) and providing post-go-live support by preparing UAT documents and running UAT with clients is also required.
• Participating in functional, regression, and performance testing, performing issue triage and tracking, and coordinating between technical resources and business collaborators to ensure the project is completed successfully is another key responsibility.
• Writing user documentation as needed is also an essential task.

• A minimum of 4 to 8 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• A BA/BS or master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a technical equivalent.
• Experience studying pipeline schematics and translating them into pipeline models.
• Data analysis experience, with an emphasis on graphics-based analytics.
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst in a project and services-oriented environment, including interaction with external clients.
• Experience with project lifecycles from requirements to support transition.
• Basic understanding or working knowledge of C#, WPF, SQL, and XML.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and exemplary organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel for business (up to 50%).
