Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced business analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing OCR, EDI, CRM, and ERP integration projects, with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively via email, calls, and meetings
  • Conduct UAT/sprint testing, preferably from the customer side, to ensure seamless integration
  • Develop and implement solutions using intermediate to advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Outlook
  • Manage shared mailboxes and respond efficiently to customer inquiries
  • Implement and maintain OCR systems, including setup and configuration
  • Develop and maintain expertise in ERP systems, including UAT testing and implementation
  • Integrate ARIBA, SAP, COUPA, and other third-party systems using cXML integrations and Punchout setup

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing OCR, EDI, CRM, or ERP integration projects
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Outlook
  • Experience with shared mailboxes and customer service software
  • Familiarity with OCR systems and their implementation
  • ERP knowledge and UAT testing experience
  • Experience with ARIBA, SAP, COUPA, and cXML integrations
