We are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences via phone, email, and chat.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to think analytically to identify issues as well as solutions to problems. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, interact well with all levels of the organization, and demonstrate a strong work ethic and personal integrity.

Main Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional client support via phone, email, and chat
- Analyze and resolve non-routine technical problems for specific product suites
- Develop troubleshooting procedures to meet daily support requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of client service experience
- Basic understanding of the internet and web browsers
- Experience with MS Office suite of products
- Displays high energy and passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and personal integrity
- Works well in a fast-paced environment and interacts well with all levels of the organization
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships
