Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit top talent across various industries and levels, ensuring end-to-end management of assigned mandates
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with clients and candidates to ensure seamless communication
  • Maintain and update candidate records and pipeline in our internal system, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CANDIDATES AND CLIENTS TO DRIVE SUCCESSFUL PLACEMENTS
  • Meet placement and performance targets to earn attractive incentives, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in a consultancy or corporate setup, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Comfortable with basic computer tools Excel, Email, Word, etc., leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity
