Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Agency Manager. This individual will be responsible for managing and developing our channel network, promoting insurance products and generating revenue through recruitment and development of a team of advisors.
The ideal candidate will have excellent sales leadership skills, with the ability to recruit, coach and motivate their team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit high-performing advisors who can sell insurance products effectively
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and increase revenue generation
- Mentor and coach advisors to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills
- Analyze customer needs and provide personalized solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or management, preferably in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
