Recruitment Development Manager Job Description

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a network of recruitment channels to promote insurance products. Your primary goal is to generate revenue and achieve business targets by recruiting and developing a team of advisors.

This role involves a combination of recruitment, coaching, and sales leadership. You will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting and developing quality advisors

  • Monitoring performance and daily activity to fast-track advisors' progress
