Job Description:
- Provide mentorship and guidance to potential learners, helping them plan their career path.
- Counsel and support learners in achieving their goals through upGrad's online/blended learning model.
- Meet weekly targets for enrolment, revenue, and collection.
- Communicate the value proposition of upGrad's learning solutions to prospective learners.
- Own the sales closing process for assigned leads, including phone/video calls, product demonstration, and post-sales relationship management.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads on the CRM system and provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of dedication and determination.
- Experience in EdTech sales is an advantage.
- Proven track record of sales performance.
