Business Development Associate

Job Description:

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to potential learners, helping them plan their career path.
  • Counsel and support learners in achieving their goals through upGrad's online/blended learning model.
  • Meet weekly targets for enrolment, revenue, and collection.
  • Communicate the value proposition of upGrad's learning solutions to prospective learners.
  • Own the sales closing process for assigned leads, including phone/video calls, product demonstration, and post-sales relationship management.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads on the CRM system and provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of dedication and determination.
  • Experience in EdTech sales is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of sales performance.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Average 2 hours of talk time per day and 1 video session.
