Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Support Analyst to join our team. As a Customer Support Analyst, you will be responsible for addressing customer issues, guiding customers on product usage, and working closely with various teams to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Guide and assist customers on product usage.
  • Handle customer data import/export from production systems.
  • Ensure accurate updates of customer data in production systems.
  • Process confidential data according to guidelines.
  • Contribute to developing product content for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generate reports from single or multiple systems.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science from an accredited university or college.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product customer support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • An analytical mind and problem-solving inclination.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear, non-technical language.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong customer relationship skills.
