Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Support Analyst to join our team. As a Customer Support Analyst, you will be responsible for addressing customer issues, guiding customers on product usage, and working closely with various teams to provide exceptional customer experiences.
Your Responsibilities- Troubleshoot customer issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Guide and assist customers on product usage.
- Handle customer data import/export from production systems.
- Ensure accurate updates of customer data in production systems.
- Process confidential data according to guidelines.
- Contribute to developing product content for internal and external stakeholders.
- Generate reports from single or multiple systems.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science from an accredited university or college.
- At least 3 years of experience in product customer support.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- An analytical mind and problem-solving inclination.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear, non-technical language.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and strong customer relationship skills.
