Job Title: IT Support Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Expert to join our team and provide technical assistance to employees and clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop Innovative Solutions: Collaborate with our team to design, develop, and implement front-end applications and distributed backend microservices.
  • Contribute to Technical Architecture: Participate in the evaluation of new technical solutions and contribute to the development of our product's technical architecture.
  • Coordinate Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with various teams to help shape the perfect solution for us and our agencies.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience using JD Edwards on an IBM i platform.
  • Familiarity with JD Edwards modules, including Sales Order, Distribution, Purchasing, Financials, and World Writers.
  • Strong leadership, teaching, and mentoring skills.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • JD Edwards.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills.
