We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the technical implementation and maintenance of Oracle Fusion systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, develop custom solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Designing Solutions: Develop technical components that meet specific business requirements.
  2. Building Custom Reports and Interfaces: Build custom reports, interfaces, and integrations using the Fusion technology stack.
  3. Understanding Architecture: Understand the complete architecture of Fusion.
  4. Resolving Technical Challenges: Identify and resolve technical challenges.
  5. Data Migration: Have experience in data migration.
  6. Full Lifecycle Development: Take care of design, development, and deployment.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with functional leads to ensure technical alignment.
  8. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business and functional analysts to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  9. Solution Providing: Provide hands-on experience in providing solutions for business needs.
  10. Estimation and Prototyping: Estimate technical proposals and prototype them.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Oracle ERP Technical Experience: 15+ years of Oracle ERP technical experience, with minimum 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Fusion Technologies: Proficiency in technologies like FBDI, HDL, OIC, VBCS, OPA, Page Composer, Redwood page extension, Dashboard, OTBI, BIP, and SQL/PLSQL.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, Groovy, PL/SQL, Java, XML, JSON.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Oracle Fusion Implementation: Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation is a must.
  • OCI Services: Knowledge of OCI services (Containers, ATP, DBCS).
  • Oracle EBS Suite: Worked on Oracle EBS suite.
  • Technical Integrations: Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, HCM, SCM technical integrations.
  • Agile Methodologies and Security Configuration: Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and security configuration is often preferred.
