Oracle Fusion Financials Implementation Expert

This is a challenging full-time remote role for an Oracle Fusion Financials Lead. As an experienced professional, you'll drive the implementation and support of key Oracle Fusion modules including General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.

You'll work closely with clients to gather business requirements, lead solutioning sessions, and provide expert recommendations for business process improvements. Your extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion will enable you to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Key Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Financials as a functional resource.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful Oracle Fusion projects, with expertise in defining systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, and user training.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to exercise mature judgment and make informed decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple task assignments and work independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.
