Senior Financial Strategist

Job Summary
The Business Finance Executive will drive profitable growth across the region by partnering with sales, delivery, and corporate finance teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive financial performance and profitability by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that ensure optimal sizing, compliance, and margin safeguards.
- Own the end-to-end Profit & Loss (P&L) for assigned business units, reviewing financial performance monthly with Business/Function Heads.
- Lead the annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasting exercises incorporating revenue, costs, FX, and regional dynamics.
- Deliver monthly profitability dashboards and variance analyses recommending actions to improve margins and cash flow.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in financial management, pricing strategy, and advanced financial modeling.
- Deep understanding of IT technology services business models including managed services and outsourcing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools.
- Qualification as a Certified Accountant is mandatory.
- 8-12 years of progressive experience in business finance roles within medium/large IT software services organizations with proven exposure to Global markets.
