Electrical Engineer in Rooftop Solar EPC

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to contribute to pioneering rooftop solar projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical design, installation, and commissioning of solar systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal teams on project execution, including structural and design engineers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on end-to-end solutions from procurement to packaging.
  • Assist in designing innovative solar kits for cost-effective execution.
  • Help identify and onboard additional electrical engineers to strengthen the team.
  • Develop 'click system' methodologies for rooftop kits.
  • Analyze installer feedback for product improvement using manual and AI tools.
  • Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for 3 KWP rooftop systems and collaborate with suppliers for cost-effective solutions.
  • Develop innovative packaging methodologies inspired by IKEA-style kits.
  • Ensure packaging is installer-friendly, coordinate with vendors, and define structure material specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Master's preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in rooftop solar EPC, preferably with 3–10 kWp systems.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design, installation, and commissioning of solar systems.
  • Familiarity with solar structures, mounting systems, and innovative installation methodologies.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
