About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented specialist to support our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be skilled in SEO, content creation, and team coordination while ensuring smooth execution of deliverables that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Development & Blogging: Research and create engaging content around insurance, personal finance, and investment topics. Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and follows brand guidelines.
  • SEO & Performance Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for digital content. Track and report content performance using analytics tools.
  • Marketing Coordination: Act as a bridge between internal teams and external agencies/vendors. Ensure timely execution of campaigns and digital content deliverables.
  • Marketing Operations Support: Support the creation and review of marketing materials (emailers, landing pages, campaign copy). Assist in campaign reporting and documentation of marketing activities.
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience in content writing, SEO, or marketing operations (BFSI/insurance domain preferred).
  • Strong ability to manage cross-functional coordination between internal teams and external agencies.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
  • Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress/HubSpot) is an added advantage.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
