Job Title: Senior AEM Author

Key Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled AEM Author to fill this critical role. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of SEO, web content quality assurance, and AEM components/templates.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage AEM authoring tasks, including content creation, updates, and optimizations.
  • Organize and maintain Digital Asset Management (DAM) for efficient asset management.
  • Ensure SEO best practices are implemented in content structure and metadata.
  • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) on web pages, ensuring content accuracy and business alignment.
  • Create and maintain testing checklists for content QA.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute content changes.
  • Utilize AEM components, templates, content fragments, and experience fragments.
  • Audit content for SEO compliance and performance metrics.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as an AEM Author.
  • Expertise in AEM (6.4 or higher) authoring, taxonomy, and DAM.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and implementation within AEM.
  • Proven QA experience with checklist creation/maintenance.
  • Hands-on with Content Fragments and Experience Fragments.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for content management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with AEM Forms, AEM Sites, or other AEM modules.
  • Agile development environment experience.
  • Exposure to digital marketing and conversion optimization.
  • AEM Certification (preferred).
