We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to help drive campaign success. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to achieve monthly fundraising targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop data-driven Google Ads strategies to drive campaign success.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to ensure continuous campaign improvement.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ads with campaign goals and donor psychology.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, Google Ads policies, and crowdfunding strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in crowdfunding and performance marketing.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
