Job Title: Digital Fundraiser

We are seeking a skilled Digital Fundraiser to maximize donations and achieve monthly fundraising targets through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase donations and meet monthly fundraising goals.
  • Keyword Research and Targeting: Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for continuous campaign improvement.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative team to align ads with campaign goals and donor psychology.
  • Industry Staying Current: Stay updated on Google Ads policies, digital marketing trends, and crowdfunding strategies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in crowdfunding and performance marketing.
  • Google Ads Expertise: Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Analytics Tools: Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and analytics tools.
  • Remote Work Ability: Ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver results under strict timelines.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • ROAS: Achieving and maintaining ROAS of 2+ across campaigns.
