Fundraising is a vital aspect of any non-profit organization, and we are seeking an experienced professional to help us build our development engine. The role involves research and proposals, as well as systems and donor stewardship. Our ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in fundraising or related fields.

About the Role
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of donors and prospects
  • Draft high-quality proposals, reports, and presentations that align with our initiatives
  • Manage grant calendars and submission trackers, ensuring all interactions with donors and the board are logged in our CRM within 48 hours
Growth Pathway & Compensation

The successful candidate can expect a fixed salary of ₹50,000–₹55,000 per month for the first year, working full-time. In subsequent years, the base salary will be incremented annually in line with our HR policy (typically 8–10%). Additionally, there is an opportunity for an annual performance bonus tied to departmental fundraising target achievement.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, donor engagement, or corporate partnerships (arts/non-profit sector preferred)
  • Strong research, writing, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, CRM tools, and donor data management
