Customer Insights Manager

This role is focused on understanding and capturing customer needs, behaviour, and feedback through structured research and surveys.

The ideal candidate will have experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research or customer insights in a product-focused organization.

We are seeking a highly motivated manager to join our team and contribute to the development and improvement of our products.

  • Design, conduct, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research studies, including surveys, interviews, and user feedback sessions.
  • Identify customer needs, pain points, preferences, and analyze user behavior to support product development and improvement.
  • Compile research findings into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, social sciences, psychology, market research, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research or customer insights in a product-focused organization or a leading market research organization.
  • Proficiency in survey design tools and analytical tools.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex datasets.
