Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis Specialist

  • Interpret marketing data from multiple channels to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Create dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators, campaign performance, and customer behavior.
  • Derive insights from trends, patterns, and data analysis to support marketing strategy and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data-driven insights with business objectives.
  • Develop predictive models and segmentation to enhance targeting and personalization.
  • Optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring and data-backed recommendations.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as engineering, statistics, mathematics, or computer science.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing-focused environment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel. Proficiency in visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with marketing platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot, or CRM systems.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
