- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver regular performance reports and ad-hoc analysis to support business objectives.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain data accuracy by extracting, cleaning, and validating from multiple systems.
- Support workforce management with forecasting and trend analysis.
- Recommend and track process improvements based on data insights.
- Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and confidentiality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting within a contact center or similar environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
- Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Solid understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL) and ability to query databases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
