Job Description

As a key member of our research team, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of enterprise AI solutions. Your expertise in secondary research, data analysis, and concise writing will help inform product roadmaps, GTM strategies, and client solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex problem statements into actionable research questions and hypotheses.
  • Conduct comprehensive literature reviews across academic papers, industry reports, and standards.
  • Develop competitor landscapes and feature matrices to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collect and clean data from trusted sources, applying structured analysis techniques to validate hypotheses.
  • Assist in evaluation runs for models or prompts and summarize results effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in research, analytics, consulting, or related roles.
  • Strong skills in secondary research, note-taking, and citation management.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and basic formulas.
  • Working knowledge of Python or SQL for data wrangling is a plus.
  • Clear writing skills with the ability to produce concise, structured summaries.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems is a plus.

Tools Familiarity:

  • Google Suite, Notion, Confluence, Airtable, Jira, and presentation tools.
