We seek analytical, articulate, and proactive problem solvers who will lead the analysis and delivery process. This role requires rapid learning and business knowledge development, with strong opportunities for internal career progression.

The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in an analytical or quantitative subject, preferably with experience in financial services, consultancy, or market research. They should also possess advanced MS Office skills and be proficient in Alteryx, Python, Tableau, or PowerBI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of client projects, including data collection, analysis, and synthesis of large qualitative and quantitative datasets to build strategic insights.
  • Interpreting market and industry trends to identify patterns, extract insights, and highlight emerging opportunities.
  • Effective communication with clients, including C-suite executives, to guide strategic decisions using insights and analysis.
  • Understanding client needs and delivering tailored, insight-driven solutions through proprietary tools, rigorous analysis, and customized reports or presentations.

Requirements:

  • A strong academic record, with a Master's degree in an analytical or quantitative subject.
  • 5+ years' work experience in a relevant field, ideally with a track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Some sector experience in financial services, consultancy, or market research would be beneficial, particularly in retail banking.
